Order Processing

All Velorbis bags and accessories are shipped directly from our warehouse in Denmark.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or if an item is temporarily out of stock.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination:

  • Denmark & Nordic region: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Within Europe: 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Outside Europe: 8–15 business days after dispatch (customs delays may occur)

These are estimated timeframes only — actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, customs processing, and local postal services.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected service.
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We offer standard delivery across Europe via our trusted courier partner DSV.
Express delivery may be available to certain regions at an additional cost.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices shown on our website include Danish VAT unless otherwise stated.

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Velorbis is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress until it arrives safely at your address.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@velorbis.com.
We will assist you in tracking the shipment or filing a claim with the courier.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any visible damages or if you receive the wrong item.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
